My butt will be on 2 blocks, and I’ll use a strap instead of grabbing my toe, but I’m excited to try this later! #Repost @allisonrayjeraci with @get_repost ・・・ Krounchasana- I like practicing this pose on rainy days and I especially enjoy this propped version. 🌧I started with a Stonehenge set up- two blocks on the tallest height and a bolster on top. 🌧one leg is in virasana and my other leg rests on top of the bolster. 🌧since my hips are uneven, I place a blanket under my right sit bone. 🌧I use the bolster to lengthen my spine, then I go for my foot. You can alternatively use a strap as well. 🌧then to take this one a bit farther, I bring my thigh to my chest and keep my spine long.
