Lovro goes on the roof and sits down with himself, hes looking at his life. He's outside of himself and this is what he sees.
Lovro's heart (ivan is his heart) is blossoming alone on the roof, looking at everyone from above. his heart, and he are looking at all the happy couples, and a single lonely grandpa (the grandpa was in the end, dressed in black).
that means 1 man is in control, he sees that. it's lovro. lovro is the last man, without anyone. he sees himself.
the flimsy white chair he's sitting on his representing that he's sitting on the change he needs in his life, seeing the grandpa in all black he sees he is the one in control as well

and then that's lovro. he sees the couples, he sees himself. he is alone.
he stings himself on his blunt, there's a fire in him that wants to be loved, he's smoking something to relax himself, but since he is queer that will burn him, he can't be relaxed.
he looks back at his heart.......it's all alone as well , meaning ivan is all alone as well. he looks back twice.
why the roof? ivan feels so much joy, euphoria,(and it grows into mania due to being unmedicated) to be together with lovro he feels above everything, they're blossoming because and for each other.
they're above all the noise, the city, they're above everyone, together.
"you're safe here" you're safe to blossom with me, to grow on top of me. sexually, emotionally, etc. i will nourish you, and protect your/our fragility and beauty.
ivan is a beautiful flower , he as a person represents lovro's heart, they're one thing, they're growing above everyone and blossoming. (symbolizing their relationship will be op guys we've all seen the show. they're stronger and gorgeous than any obstacle any other couple.
Ivan and lovro's heart are fragile, beautiful, beaten up, probably not functioning properly or at all, the world made them sick, maybe they were born sick. in the VIEW of society's (because they're queer, mentally ill, etc), but they will be happy and loved every single day, their love is an unstoppable force, in a world trying to stop them
