A/N: Latest chapter got me MESSED UP RN
Copia sat on edge of his bed, his thoughts were scattered and he was stressing. This couldn't be it... Right? He couldn't just leave...
They couldn't take him away just like that...
The man stood up and changed into more formal clothing and did his Papal make up. Once done he walked around for a few minutes until he found you staring out one of the many windows of the building while hugging yourself, he slowed down his pace and stopped right behind you.
Your body was slightly shaking and a small hiccup left your lips, you turn and see Copia, even with the Papal paints you could still see worry and fear in his eyes, you close your eyes and hug him tightly, a muffled sob leaving your lips when he wrapped his arms around you.
You had seen the glass coffin too...
Copia closed his and took in the warmth of your embrace, a few tears escaped his eyes, he wanted to be strong for a moment but he broke down the moment he saw you.
"Can we-" your voice cracked slightly "Can we go and stay in the garden for a bit?" Copia nodded and took your hand giving it a kiss before slowly walking through the halls and relishing the moment, trying to rid his mind of anything negative and just focus on you and the love that you both share for each other...
Until the day they take him away.
