Swap sees Dust start to back away and looks disapproving at Ink “Ink-”
Ink again ignores Swap “A-ha! I knew it!” Swap hushes him and mentions the kid being tired but Ink, once again, ignores him “You two kidnaped a child!” He pulls away from Swap and starts to walk over towards Dust but Cross steps into his way. Ink just holds out his arms with a smug smile “Hand the child back and we will find their parents!” he grins.
Dust actually lets out a growl as he backs away more, his body curving to get ready to dash as he hides Nightmare further from view.
Cross’s feels his panic hit a new high as he speaks without thinking “We didn’t steal him! He is Dust’s you idiots!”
Dead. Silence.

Even after all the rewriting I am doing. Still one of my fav scenes hihihi.
Also. I am totally changing Blue's name to Swap. I don't know. I just like that better!! (I blame @sttmh lmao.)
