ANYWAY! this commission was inspired because i went to the 6arelyhuman concert in asbury park :3 i used to be a scene kid for like 7?? years and that concert reignited that part of me. ^_^ both outfits inspired by stuff ive worn irl and the outfits of other scene kids at the concert. :3 kat even did research in the scene subculture for this which is insane to me ?!?! they truly went above and beyond. im so extremely happy with this :D also!! KAT ADDED MY CONCERT FLAG?? OMFG? LIKE I BRING THAT TRANS FLAG TO ALL CONCERTS TO GET IT SIGNED BY ARTISTS and 6arelyhuman performed g6 holding it. that flag means sm to me so kat adding it to the commission without me asking means a ton 🥹

also b4 some gatekeepers try telling me “that’s not scene!”… i was scene in the 2010s. 😭

the way kat drew them is so beautiful aaaaa i love it so much ૮꒰˶´˘`˶꒱ა the way the clothes are rendered, the background, the expressions, everything is so gorgeous to me! i truly could not be happier with this commission. working with kat went extremely smoothly as well! they encapsulated narrex so perfectly, im in awe ^_^ i could go on and on forever, but thank you so much kat!!!
