the thing is... i have too many friends irl and the only ones i consider “best friends” are my dad, my sister and her husband. so here’s 5 facts about my fried squash squad

Mel; she’s super sweet and loving but also my favorite to mess with because i feel like we like similar things, and her ideas always slay me, like pls <3 

Val; the most adorable angel, and i really wish she wouldn’t doubt herself because she has no idea how much we all love her and her characters <3

Tara; gosh she’s the most lovable dork and i love how original her characters always are--and even though im eternally sad bc of fisher, i am happy she created her <3

Aly; a precious raindrop who i feel like we should shield and protect tbh. I loveeee her characters and her writing and I’m so happy and excited to write with her <3 

Audi; my newest little sugar cube, i’m in love with nico already, and i am so excited to pass on the feelsy stuff to you <3

Huh. He didn’t think of her as the type who sang in the showers.

Of course, that’d be admitting he thought of her at all. He didn’t have to admit it out loud to anybody else since him being in the Martin household was proof in itself that he couldn’t get her out of his mind. 

Her mom made him sit in the kitchen to wait for her ( and presumably keep an eye on him ). He could barely pay attention to the way her mom sized him up with her eyes alone. His ears picked up on the distant singing as if Lydia was singing right in his ears. The goosebumps on along his arms raised up at the thought.

He couldn’t tell if the tune was pretty to start with or if Lydia’s voice made it that way, but he wanted to know the name of this song. The songs on the radio were lost upon him and Lydia seemed like the type to like the more popular stuff. He listened closely for a notable phrase or two for him to remember. For sure, he’d run it by Scott later and ask for the name from him.

probably going to bleach the purple out and go back to all blue on top and do a bigger half section of green underneath.

would you ever want to swim with sharks?

Yes I’d actually kill to do a dive with reef sharks. But other than that, no thank you. Like not a great white even if there was a cage.

Cuddle tbh, I love just grabbing her and holding her close.
