tidbit of a fluffy thing i started even thought i shouldn't get distracted. it is max getting his and charles' pups ready to take them to the monaco grand prix for the first time
Max sadly moves his favourite double stroller to the side.
That thing is a beast, the absolute pinnacle of machinery. Max is in love. Two big grey cushioned stroller seats for Marc and Giulia, and their blankets never catch in the sleek wheels. Straps that don’t dig into the little ones arms and buckles that don’t pinch his fingers. Plenty of space underneath to store the nappy bag, change of clothes for all three of them, Giulia’s Mr Flops, groceries, and even Leo. And the way it moves. God. It responds so beautifully to his touch, weaving through the streets of Monaco with ease. Even one handed, he can take a corner without any under or over steering and push into the exit with zero lock-ups or skidding. It's exhilirating.
But unfortunately there is no steering a double stroller through the busy Monaco paddock today without running someone over. He does think about it.
He brings out a compact single stroller for Giulia and plans to strap Sophie to his chest. Marc, his brave boy, will walk. Luckily it isn’t far.
Max isn’t quite sure what they are going to do when number four arrives. He doesn’t think four child strollers exist. That is just a car.
