RFKill Hard Block when there is no physical switch.

RFKill is the linux subsystem that deals with radio switches. These can be soft - controlled by software, or hard (a physical switch).

I recently had a situation where a laptop claimed it had a hard wifi block, but had no physical switch:

user@box:~$ rfkill list

0: phy0: Wireless LAN

Soft blocked: no

Hard blocked: yes

It turns out that hard blocks aren't always as hard as you think.. This one was a BIOS setting.
