Royal Fandom Selfie Night
This is probably WAY too sappy, but I need to just say a couple things.
To the wonderful soul whose idea tonight was, to all the BEAUTIFUL ladies (and gentlemen!) who posted selfies, and to those of you who reblogged mine with such kind comments, thank you.
I come on here to indulge myself. To laugh myself silly at all of your wit, placate my inner Anglophile, and to simply be in a little happy place for a while: this beautiful little corner of the Internet where we all share an affinity for royalty. Though I don't know any of you personally, I feel connected to each of you through our shared passion for this thing that we all love.
Tonight put gorgeous human faces on those those sassy folks who put smiles on my face day after day, make me laugh in the corner like a crazy lady, and remind me why I love royals. It was a fantastic reminder that we are all human, we all have insecurities, and (most importantly) we are all beautiful. And it was pretty dang cool.
So. Kindly pardon the sapfest, have a wonderful day, and keep on shining!
