14. Talk about a vacation!!

omg so I have such a love-hate relationship with cold. I’m sitting here on my bed right now snuggled up in a blanket, and hating my life because my hands are cold but when I read ‘vacation’ I instantly started dreaming of the snow-covered Colorado Rockies. If I could have all the money and free time in the world to take a trip there I’d be sooo happy c: I lowkey hate snow and I can’t ski or snowboard to save my life (I’m from Colorado but not THAT part of Colorado ok) but hey it’ll be worth it because fresh mountain air, cold winter nights and that huge stone fireplace in the freakin’ expensive resort cabin. 

I’d really want someone to come with me though. Someone at my side. Someone warm to snuggle with and hug and kiss. I’m really sorry that a lot of my personal posts turn into soppy ‘I really wish I had a boyfriend’ ones but ugh that’s literally been on my mind constantly lately. And I don’t even know why. Help.

OK SO I LOVE EDM A LOT and my fave DJ is lowkey Oliver Heldens right. Because he is a beautiful man and I love his trademark sound. However lately I’ve really been into the music of his friend Robbie, aka Throttle. He does a lot of jazz funk and disco-inspired things, and calls it ‘Dirty Disco’ which is super-rad. Anyways I adore his newest single Hit the Road Jack. If you like stuff like that I def recommend you click.

Gooseneck Loosestrife- Is there anything strange or unusual that you can do, or have noticed happening around you without an identifiable cause? 

Well yeah, It seems like everyone in the music department is getting together, what’s up with that? 

ahaha no but ok so a couple things for this one: first of all, this only happens on very rare occasions, but sometimes when something really bad is about to happen I get this unexplainable, terrible feeling. The first time it happened, that afternoon I got to school and everyone was crying because a boy two years my senior had died in a tragic car accident. The second time it happened, I got to school and everyone was crying again because a boy from the middle school committed suicide.

Second of all, I have an extremely vivid imagination, more vivid than a lot of people. If I imagine someone touching me, I can feel it. Also, when it comes to instrumental music, the ultimate experience for me is having the expression and feeling be so good that I can hear words even when there are none and weave a story in my head as the music plays.

Rose Campion- If I had to fight, which one person would I pick to fight at my side? Would I pick them based on trust, skill, or both?

I would pick my dad (or, rather, our dad). I mean he’s been planning our defense strategy for years in the event of a zombie apocalypse I would fight so hard with him and my family (you guys) at my side. I really don’t care for anyone else as much up here at college, tbh.

Cornflower- Is there a color you don’t particularly care to wear? Is it because it clashes with your style, appearance, or any other reason outside of simple dislike for said color?

Uh, not really I guess? I haven’t thought about this at all. I’m cool with wearing pink and yellow, my least two favorite colors, and I don’t wear purple all that often but if I had a good shirt I would? I mean anyone who knows me knows that I’m the type of girl who buys a shirt because it’s comfy and just throws on the first thing I see in the morning lol~

Dorky city guy because I love his smile and when SM gave him the cold guy gimmick he barely smiled. I mean come on he has a lovely smile and we all know he is a dumb shit who has an adorable smile.

I’m gonna say Sing For You again but I also like Playboy so much. The reason I can’t choose between these two is because I like SFY lyrically. But Playboy, on the other hand, is one of few songs I know that take you to this place in your mind, creates a scenario that makes you smile. As an ex-member of a band I can say that it’s important for a song to both have feeling I get from playboy and lyrical geniusness.
