Ka-Zar the Savage #15, 1982, by Bruce Jones, Brent Anderson and Armando Gil.
What is Rhaza's greatest fault and merit?
christ this took a long time, many pardons
Fault: Rhaza, not being the smartest guy around, has naturally made a lot of mistakes during his long life of becoming leader and if you ask him he'd get all melancholic and wistfully mention his dead mate and lost babies. And he'll probably drown himself in guilt and self-hatred over something that was wholly out of his control. But if we're going after personality faults I would go for overprotective, stubborness and distrustful of strangers.
Merit: Now if you ask him, he'd say his kids. But from my standpoint it comes down to either the whole ascension thing or beheading the false gods Korshakki and Turu, it was quite impressive.
Tell me about some childhooe shenanigans with Rhaza and Ishan!
Whenever Ishan had to meditate so he could speak to the ancestors, Rhaza would stacks various things on him, like stones. Or cover him in plants.
There were many hours spent sleeping in trees since most of the time Rhaza didn’t have the energy for much else, his guardian frequently drove him past his limits with intense training.
Throwing something at Parrun and see which could escape first.
See who could catch the biggest fish from the lake surrounding the Yhorrak godstone..and then get scolded by clan elders for eating sacred fish.
They both liked to swim a bunch but after Ishan almost drowned in a turbulent river, they stuck to land.
Usual jufo youngin’ shenanigans include wrestling, hunting and challenging each other. But seeing as both of them had their futures set out for them, lot of their time is spent with elders teaching them how to hone their skills and whatnot and they didn’t really get too much time together as kids and their friendship really sets in when they’re teens. And since neither of them are not nearly as violent as their clan siblings, they spend much time just talking and snuggling.
