20. Any ships which you surprised yourself by liking?

A lot actually lol! When it comes to Haikyuu!! I definitely never expected to love kuro/tsuki as much as I do lol I kinda expected to mainly be enticed by the more popular ships like kage//hina, tsuki//yama or iwa//oi so that was a pleasant surprise ha, now it’s my otp and I love them so much ^^ I also went into Voltron expecting to ship Kl//ance but that didn’t happen either pft, She//ith all the way *_*

32. Do you listen to music when you write or does music inspire you? If so, which band or genre of music does it for you?

Both! A good majority of my fics tend to be inspired by songs, be it the lyrics or the mood the music brings. They tend to be alternative/indie bands and songs that do it for me, and once a song inspires a fic, I usually listen to it on repeat while I’m writing (or find songs similar to it so I can build a playlist for the fic) ^^

50. How did you get into reading and/or writing fanfiction?

Gosh…I’ve been reading fanfiction for as long as I’ve had access to the internet I feel like LOL so….elementary school?? And even when I was that young I’d always have headcanons and write continuations for episodes of cartoons I was obsessed with, so my fanfiction fixation goes way back xD I didn’t start to actually post fanfic online though until middle school, and I only recently returned to it seriously in the past few years ^^ I love it honestly <3

11. Is writing your passion or just a fun hobby?

Probably a little bit of both to be honest? I definitely consider it a hobby but I couldn’t imagine not writing. I love it, even when it’s difficult, I love seeing my improvement with every fic that I write. It’s also very therapeutic for me when I’m not feeling so great, it helps me cope with tough situations. It’s a lot of fun but it’s also a lot of work and I think having that passion for it keeps me going!

20. Describe your perfect writing conditions.

Oh man, it’s hard for me to remember sometimes bc I don’t often get to write in my perfect conditions lol! But preferably night time, between 7-10, at my desk in a quiet room (and ideally a quiet house but that’s rare lol). I don’t need much else, occasionally I like to listen to the music that inspired that fic (because a lot of my fic ideas come from songs ha).

39. Do you ever get rude reviews and how do you deal with them?

Luckily it doesn’t happen that often, but it has in the past. It’s either about how I don’t update fast enough or there’s the occasional “I don’t like when character x does this” >_> But normally I don’t engage with rude comments, I don’t like letting people get to me, especially people that don’t matter and only comment on the story when they have something rude to say. I usually just delete them, because they’re not worth much of a response (ofc, I know some ppl do get really blood boiling comments, and those people deserve to be told off lmao).

Hi! I just want to say that you are totally not alone in your frustrations. I was shocked at how much I relate to this when I read it - my situation is very much the same, they thought it was Crohn's until a colonoscopy, I was even on steroids for three months, and there are so many things my body won't digest well ;~; I wish others would be more considerate of these kinds of things.

Exactly!

I’m on a low FODMAP diet which includes so many things that are found in almost every dish so having places that are un-willing to work with me at all or even just, idk, show me an ingredient list is the most frustrating thing on the planet.

Omg it’s the best tag tho LOL I always like to make jokes about Akiteru and how he gave my perfect moonchild his trust issues, but I really do love him I swear haha.
