Finally catching up w RHOBH and I remember making a post about my observation/opinion on (manipulative) wealthy men picking up waitresses instead of the pretty girl at the bar. Erika's story makes me sad.

Could you imagine working and having to turn your checks over to your husband? Who's earning maybe 3-4x her earnings? The calculation and manipulation. At 27 she should not have married a man in his 60s.

Ways I can tell I might be dealing with a manipulator:

1. He is more than 25 years older than me and has expressed interest.

2. He chats A LOT about what types of connections he has. He also makes a lot of promises. ("Do you like football? Oh my friend always gets box seats, I'll see what I can pull for us." Instead of just simply asking me, get tix, and me arriving to box seat tickets. Ofc I NEVER see these seats presented like that but we don't last past date #3) when you get a healthy rich man, "do you like tennis?" "It looks interesting actually." "Well, I would love for you to join me to watch the us open. I have tix for Friday, you down?" Bitch, you show up to the guy checking tickets yelling FLOOR SEATS tickets OUT and yall walking through.

3. He doesn't know my shoe or bracelet size but is already telling me he has an active sex drive.

4. Very quickly shares (overtly or covertly/passively) what he likes to be called by calling me nicknames similar to what he likes. Whether it be small as baby (I can tell when they call me baby bcus they want ME to call THEM baby versus them just genuinely like using the nickname) to king. Yes, I've had someone call me Queen incessantly just so that I can call HIM king. He even referenced it at a dinner.

5. "Do you want kids one day? I actually wouldn't mind starting over." Men tend NOT to bring up children and marriage on the 1st date unless they want to plant fake seeds in your head. They love to feel you up and kiss and I'd rather that than a damn liar.

But moreover, where are the manipulators who drops 10K WITH their bs?
