I... unless they’re causing health problems, i wouldn’t; no need for the surgery other than convenience =O I have a terrible terrible back that causes me to not be able to stand for very long, sit for very long, and it's hard to sleep because my back hurts so much. I can't play sports because sports bras do nothing for my boobs. Lol. Aaaand it's difficult it fit into most things I find cute. I can't wear anything without them showing. -____-
