New Shoes Day + 5 miles
Really excited about getting fitted for running shoes today, hopefully this will help the leg pain a bit, since I'm doing literally EVERYTHING else I can for it. Seriously, any possible combination of stretching/resting/icing/creams/anti-inflammatory I have tried - and really at this point still having pain is just embarrassing. Also just excited about checking out Rhode Runner, I've never been there and I assume it's amazing.
But first - 5 miles to do at a relatively uncomfortable pace. Can't wait haha. Since I've committed myself to the Amica Half Marathon I really need to start training during the day more often, whenever possible. Better start now!
