Ice Dance - Rhythm Dance (4th December 2025)
I know I am completely biased, but as much as I enjoyed the Rhythm dances at the Olympics today and as fun as the 90s theme was... none of the programs I've watched so far have wowed me.
Nothing seems as fast or as crisp as Virtue and Moir. It doesn't feel like dance the way Virtue and Moir's programs did.
I am re-watching one of my personal favourite rhythm dances by Virtue and Moir and it just feels leagues ahead of what any of the pairs did today (despite some of today's programs being very technical and well performed!).
I think its going to take a long time before someone comes along and performs an ice dance routine that I enjoy as much as this Prince Medley.
Just had to preserve my fav performance from this year's olympic rhythm dances! Lopareva/Brissaud (France)
The only good thing about that event is Piper and Paul in third. What a mess!
