How long in the comic's world (Earth or Riariti time, your preference) has it been since we've moved from Book 9 (Strange Happenings) to Book 19 (Utopia)? It can be hard to follow at times (through no fault of the story) given that we see a lot of hour long conversations separated by weeks of montages?

I make vague mentions here and there about time passing, but I haven’t been very specific so don’t worry if it’s hard to keep track! Especially since time is so distorted between Riariti and Earth.

In Earth time, it’s been about five days since the end of Chapter 09. Not much time has passed on the other side. (It’s been about 7 days, give or take some hours, since Crystal first logged in as Rune.)

In Riariti time, Chapter 19 begins 120 days or so after the end of Chapter 09. (Give or take some chronological wiggle-room for logging out/school/irl shenanigans)

Is there a "lore friendly" term for NPCs, like how players are called Sleepers?

Most people call them by name!

jk jk. They’re just called Riaritians. As in, natural inhabitants of the world Riariti.

I won't lie, my tumblr's been a delight with all these questions. Thanks for whoever asks them! Question: Does Riariti/Magience have any legendary villainous conquerors? I mean, given as long lived as everyone is, along with the massive land-space, they may not have lasted long or had as wide a territory, proportional to earth, but do they have an equivalent of Ghengis Khan, Alexander the Great, or the British Empire that people remember and remark upon, historically?

I love answering all these questions so it’s been fun for me too!

And yup! There’s a long line of legendary villains and conquerors, both ancient and recent, ranging from the minor inconvenience of a very corrupt mayor trying to become a king to full on world-conquering-attempt dictators.
