Ik i usually draw Player Kid with their hair in a ponytail and Backrooms Rich with his hair down, but Kid lost their hairtie in Chapter 5 and Rich found a hair tie (THE HAIR TIE WENT TO THE BACKROOMS TRUST)

Imo there are multiple things that could've happened if Leith offered the promotion to Rich
-Rich turned down the offer and nothing happens
-Rich accepts the offer and his rep is ruined
-Rich turns down the offer then gets held at toypoint then accepts the offer and his rep is ruined
-Rich turns down the offer and he dies or turns into an experiment
-Rich accepts the offer and he dies or turns into an experiment
-(by @friendlylifecherry) Rich quits on the spot from sheer outrage
-(by @garbagecants) Rich accepts the offer and tries to use it for the greater good (good ending but he probably dies or gets experimented on.)
-(by @marunalu) On August 7th, Leith told Rich about the promotion and thats why all employees were ordered to come to the factory on august 8th, when they wanted to make Richs promotion to be that big event. But Rich and Leith get into a fight, because Rich realizes right away that its nothing but bait and out of pure spite, he refuses to come to work the next day, the very day when the hour of joy happened. 10 years later rich returns as the player to search for the other employees, because of his survivors guilt.
