Bremerton council race includes married couple running against each other.
An incumbent city councilman in Bremerton is getting challenged for his council seat from within his own home, as well as from another resident.
Roy Runyon, who represents Bremerton Council District 6, filed Wednesday to run for re-election, but was accompanied by his wife, Kim Faulkner, who also filed. Assuming no one in the race withdraws, they will be in a primary race with Richard Huddy, who filed Tuesday.
