I just finished The Night Shift after I started it during this damn quarantine. I was refusing to finish it bc I loved it so much, even if Eoin Macken was the reason why I started watching this in the first place, I’m being honest.

I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed it!

I really think it has pretty good characters, set up, different arch types for every character, even if it leaves a couple plotholes here and there, like characters that just leave and are never mentioned again. Also, the topics they aproach are really interesting and portrayed really well.

I loved TC and Jordan’s relationship, both romantic and platonic, as a couple they are so freaking adorable and also are a power duo working together, really. Both of them as individual characters are awesome, even if sometimes I want to punch TC for being an idiot and/or reckless. Jordan is an amazing doctor but I don’t like all that drama they put her in with different relationships, I mean give her a freaking break, she doesn’t need a man to be a badass! Seeing her growth as a character on her own, with no relationship it was awesome! Also, they totally should’ve give her stalker arch a little more background, it would have been really good to see that.

I would’ve loved a little more background on some characters, like Shannon. Or to get to see more of Drew and Rick as parents, I loved them together, they were so freaking cute and adorable, I would’ve loved see more of Rick too.

About the series 4 finale.. it left a couple of loose ends that could’ve had so much potential. Like why nobody found out about Annie? I know that both TC and Scott were looking for her, even hired a detective, but they needed to know what happened to her, she deserved so much better.

What the hell happened with Cain? what’s his story? is he dead? did they killed him? tortured him? did he end down in a pit? I want answers!

Also, wtf happened to Drew in the finale, at the Ranger school? did he fell? was a severe injure? from his face when the paramedics aproached he didn’t look so good, what the hell happened? did he recorver? would he be able to become a Ranger? what about Rick and Bri?

And.. TC chosing to stay at San Antonio, taking Drew’s spot at the training program.. Staying with Jordan... yup I was smiling like an idiot at that.

I liked the ending, even if it left too many questions without answers.
