I agree about all your rickonne/car*ck feels. I personally think the difference is when Rick treated Michonne like crap he barely knew her while he knew Carol very well during Indifference.

LOL, yeah don’t even get me started on “Indifference.” The number one rule of my blog is we don’t talk about “Indifference.” I KID, I KID. Mostly. Ahem. I really hate him so much in that damn episode that I’ve never watched the entire thing all the way through. Every time I hear her voice say, “Rick, it’s me,” something horrible happens inside me and I want to cry for the rest of eternity and hulksmash everything, all at the same time. It’s quite vexing.

I have never forgiven Rick for being willing to hand Michonne over to the Governor. Never. It was awful, and I don’t care whether he knew her or not. He knew exactly what would happen to her if he sent her there and he planned to do it anyway.

Because I enjoy just randomly bringing up Backpack Guy, just so we all remember that Rick, while his own son was riding in the car — and could thus observe and learn from every moment of his father’s actions —  left Backpack Guy by the side of the road to get eaten by walkers, and then stopped to pick up his stuff.]

I will continue to side-eye Rick until he does something so spectacular that … and yeah I don’t even know how to finish that sentence. Still, as I said in the other ask, I can’t help shipping him with Michonne to some degree, just because omg Andy and Danai are such beautiful humans and they give each other those puppy dog looks and we all know my “hot people should fuck” rule and and and.

So, I'm not too fond of R*ck either and the thought of R*chonne creeped me out. But, I find comfort in the thought ( I hope you do too) that if he starts acting nutty, M*chonne is just the right girl to put him in his place. Like, on the one hand, the chemistry, the eyefucking, the way she makes me able to tolerate his presence on my screen without instantly wanting to flip tables, the way she takes exactly none of his shit, the way she might be able to convince him to do some exercises to get a few muscles in that flat butt I mean wut, the way he listens to hear and takes what she has to say to heart, and omg the way she is with the Grimes children. MY HEART, OMG.

OTOH, Cari*k is such a giant notp to me that I’m always trying to figure out my own motives. If I don’t want Rick anywhere near my queen, why do I want him near Michonne? UGHHHHHH, THE STRUGGLE IS REAL; I am telling you.

Anybody who has deep thoughts about this can definitely come at me with them, because I’m tying myself in a knot over this one, for realz.

p.s. I will instantly block and ignore the fuck out of anybody who finds this post and says a single word about the relative merits of Michonne and Carol. Have I mentioned how much I am over the “which woman is ‘better’” discussion? I’m so over it that you can’t measure my overitness (totally a word) with existing human technology. So don’t even try. I don’t want to hear a goddamn thing about it. Jump right off my blog if that’s who you are. Ain’t nobody got time for anything except celebrating the total awesome of these two fantastic women.
