Fast forward to May 2016 - he was the FIRST GUY at my table paying for a shirt that I offered him for free. (Did I mention he headlined the next night?) Non-music folks, I *think* you "get" this. Music folks, I am positive you do. People like Rick remind me that there's so many ways to make music in the world - it's about more than making your own, it's about empowering and supporting others to make music as well. I imagine that these are the kind of things that keep us going to each other's shows on our nights off.
