Fresh air. It felt amazing on his skin, in his lungs, as he walked down the avenues of his god awful city. The coat he’d managed to snag on his way out of Arkham was zipped and the hood pulled over head, trying his best to appear at least somewhat inconspicuous.
It was... a bit hard to manage if anyone bothered to look even slightly closer, as he still had his medical issue pajama pants and glorified slippers on. Something about the harm that could be done with regular shoes. Foolish of them, really. Despite his, slightly odd outfit choices, no one out that night seemed to bat an eye. Ah, good ol’ Gotham. No one gave a fuck about anyone but themselves. He continued shuffling forward, thinking vaguely of where to go to hide, collect himself and get his appearance back together before making his grand re-debut. It was delightfully exciting!
In his thoughts, he’d been watching his feet move rather than looking forward. Suddenly he collided with something... something that had made a sound akin to surprise. A glance up revealed orange locks and striking features. No one he’d seen before, but someone that he certainly found himself instantly curious about.
“Oh... Sorry about that, I was... A little lost in thought.” He pulled his best attempts at a normal, measured response. No need to draw suspicions.
