Reviving Chase continued via Chatzy
Gentaro: Since bringing Go and Chase's data aboard XVII, Gentaro had stood off to one side whilethe other two riders got reacquainted. Now, he just hopes they can restore Chase fully
Go: Happy Go noises. He's gonna bring Chase back!
Chase: Chase was glad to be coming back but he wondered how the man with a weird hairstyle was going to do it
Gentaro: "XVII.Do you have any spare space iron man endoskeletons?" He asks the main computer. The station responds "yes. I will have one sent up to house Chase's core."
Chase: The 000's wondered what a ironman endoskeleton was and how it would hold my core before turning to go and typing on the screen. "what movies do you want to see Go?"
Go
"Well..."
Go types into the computer:
"How about The Force Awakens?"
Chase: The 000 tilted to the left in confusion.
Chase: "What is the force awakens?"
Go
Types some more.
"its a movie lol! ;P best movie ive seen in a while \o/"
Clearly, Go's movie hype hasn't worn off in almost a year.
Gentaro: There's a clanking coming from down the hall. A metal humanoid form approaches, and is given an image inducer to make it look close to Chase's human appearance
Chase: Chase mentally sent a message to the screen. "I will take your word for it." At hearing the sounds of footsteps Chase turned to see what it was causing it and saw it was almost what his body looked like before. "I do not know whether to be happy to have a body or that the man in the pompador knew what I looked like."
Gentaro: "I didn't. The data was still inside your core."
Chase: "Okay..." Chase was still very on edge of seeing his body on the outside
Go: Go looked at the android body, marveled. "Yo?!"
Gentaro: XVII speaks up "Chase will require a few more minutes of backing up his data before he can be uploaded to the body."
Go: "That body... isn't quite the same, but it'll do, man."
Chase: Chase knew he would need to get used to the body. "At least it is something instead of no body at all." Chase typed out to Go
Gentaro: "The technology in the space iron man endoskeletons is more advanced than the roidmude frames."
Go: "Damn!" Go exclaimed. "Guess it's gonna take a nuke or something to take him out. Nice!"
Gentaro: "He will be protected from any future attempts to eliminate artificial life"
Go: "Just curious, what's the shell made of?"
Chase: Chase looked between Go and Gentaro as they talked about his new body which he would occasionally look at from time to time
Gentaro: The shell is a titanium-tungsten alloy."
Go: "Basically the toughest there is, right?"
Gentaro: "Indeed. However, there are enough servos and redundancies to make him fast enough that the weight will not be a problem."
Chase: "Weight?" Chase typed out
Go
Go types some more into the keyboard.
"ya know... weight... metal... xD"
Gentaro: Gentaro smiles as the panels turn green. "Looks like its time to upload you, Chase."
Chase: Chase tries his best to make the 000s that his current body to give Go an indecent look before turning back to Gentaro. "I am ready."
Go: Go grins!
Gentaro: The endoskeleton moves towards the panel and extends a connecting cord. "Upload commencing. Time until completion: 4 minutes."
Gentaro: The upload finishes on time. "Chase?" Gentaro asks."Did you make it over safely?"
Chase: Chase can feel the pull of the download starting and let his metnal eyes close as he waiting for the process to finish.
Chase: At hearing the new guys voice Chase slowly opened his actual eyes and gave the man a raised eyebrow. "I believe so."
Go: "Let's go!!"
Chase: Chase turned his head to go and raise a hand to his ear. "Go... I think you are being to loud."
Go: "...hehe. Sorry, dude."
