Zen Check 2022: Samadhi

Let's take a hard look at the state of my mental discipline at the beginning of the year. I'll try hard not to flinch.

I like to set my intention through this first week of 2022 by reviewing my understanding of the Noble Eightfold Path, being a Zen Buddhist and all.
