why do I get so self conscious about wordcount??? I don't know why it feels like a failure on my part when even my long fics aren't that long? It's even more absurd given I don't even tend to read fics that go on for that long. Idk, there's a foolish part of my brain that tells me I should be doing more with what I'm writing.
Hetalia isn't actually based on stereotypes. A lot of stuff in it come from international politics of late 2000s and early 10s. Some stuff come from Hima's personal experience. A lot of stuff, like Poland skirt meme or old Moldova design, come completely out of nowhere.
