his knee brushes against yours, or he lightly plays with the hem of his hoodie. if he felt bold, he would casually drape his arm on the seat behind you—not fully around you, but close enough that you feel the warmth. you both don’t feel the need to utter any words, his actions already doing enough. you notice him taking small glances your way, chewing at his bottom lip, the gears in his head deciding on what to do next.
you turned to your side and smiled, “focus on the movie- loser.” you mumble softly and he just grinned, “focusing on you is better, no?” and oh god.. him saying that in his soft tone of voice just has you swooning more.
