I don't envy Judge Merchan. Deciding on a sentence for Trump will require finesse and the wisdom of Solomon.

I have a suggestion: since Trump will appeal in any event, and unlike ordinary criminals won't be in jail awaiting his hearing, I suggest a sentence of four years imprisonment with three years suspended pending pre-sentencing report and good conduct.

However, I would impose an immediate sentence of ten days in Rikers Island prison starting the day after the GOP convention in July. One day for each of the contempt of court offenses against the gag order. Let Trump, and the country, grasp the severity of his crimes. If ten days doesn't scare the bejeezus out of him I don't know what would.

i’ve talked about how radiation has changed the average person’s hair/eye colors, meaning you could have two brunette parents and have a blue haired baby due to the mutations in DNA.

the radiation has also produced people called rikers (nicknamed after riker island as scientists believed it started in prisons) which are people with physical mutations due to the radiation.

not every person with naturally weird hair colors is a riker (its very common, esp w/ working class people) but just about every riker will have weird hair/eye colors.

scientists also do not know the Extent of the mutations. one riker could have stretchy skin, another super strength and flight. they also dont know when it appears bc some are born with it, while others show up in adult hood. its p much a rats race to try to keep all this undercover from the public so the masses wont be afraid.

(it also helps that people laugh off crazy things in florida and go “haha there goes florida man again” LMFAO)

The NYT put up this overkill #map with all the neighborhoods. Parts of it are funny like these SIMPLE fools who think Marble Hill is “Riverdale” (just jump in the river.)

But, I also look at the parts of the city with no names. Dark water, dark islands. They are places too. They have names: Rikers, Bronx Kill, Helle Gate, N. Brother Island… places we ignore— water, the wilds, the prison boat.

Among the New York City employees, the city correction officers have the lowest vaccination rates; in fact, many refuse vaccination. The CO's are essentially doing work slow-downs, sick-outs (they have unlimited sick time), and with so many correction officers refusing vaccination, Rikers Island stands as a "super-spreader" in a hyper confined environment coupled with staff neglect.

Other conditions facing prisoners include freezing temperatures in non-insulated prison dorms, mail being withheld, denial of personal visits from any family members, not even being produced in court for hearings in their cases, and denial of video conferences with attorneys.
