Riley: “Some crazy cat told me you guys got engaged?”
Jack: “Yep, it’s true. We’re crazy alright. Crazy about each other.”
Riley: “AND you got a big promotion today? There’s so much to celebrate! Jack, get us a round - Edith and I are gonna sing!”
Jack: “Yeah, it’s definitely been really hard. It’s weird how you can meet someone and then after only knowing them for a few days it feels like you’ve known them your whole life and that something feels missing when they’re not around anymore. The worst part is I have no idea when I’m ever gonna see her again, if I ever see her again...”
Riley: “That really sucks, man. But I do have a surprise that might cheer you up! Head out back and wait there whilst I get it ready for you.”
Jack: “Hey! Thanks for asking me out to eat, I really needed it.”
Riley: “Yeah, I figured. Let’s get inside and grab some nibbles.”
Jack: “So, what’s up? Is everything alright with you?”
Riley: “Oh yeah, everything’s fine with me, I’ve just been worried about you. I know it’s been difficult since we got back from Selvadorada and you’re missing Edith a lot.”
Somehow, Riley is exhausted before they even set off.
Jack: "Oh for goodness sake. I don't even know why you guys wanted to come here in the first place, you haven't helped me with any of this stuff at all!"
