selene was in her office watching a variety show with her favorite idols doing ridiculous things and games. it was a good past time for her as she didn’t really want to bother with work that day. that was why she had a manager in the first place. when the manager arrived to let her know that the painting selene bought, she sold it at a gallery and made profit out of it the demi goddess stared at the other in shock. “woah... then you earned me more money finally? sweet~ anything else?” 

the manager informed her of the kitsune booking so as soon as she heard about that selene got up from her seat switching the tv off. “what did you say? kitsune? did you give one of our kitsune suites or did you just give a random one?” she asked only to be reassured that the best of service was being provided. selene left the office pushing the manager aside coldly and stormed to find the foxy guest. she only knew two people of that species, and she hoped it would be yura, hence she dashed to find out which room was given before standing out of that door. she knocked on it and started to bite on her nail nervously wishing that once the door would open, she would get to see ~ yura.

fighting to protect the village of the elves from the dark elves was something that selene took up as a request because she would get to have an amazing reward for it. she didn’t think that she would be up against coward warriors of a species that weren’t famous for that. she had mostly fought and stopped effectively the whole army just by herself, however, due to an underhanded spell cast in such a way that would rain down piercing light beams covering the whole village , selene had to use “chronoanastasis” and the amount of concentration it took to be able to cover the whole region that the attacking spell covered was immense. which was why she ended up getting stabbed by her opponent who charged with his light sword at her piercing through her body as her spell had reversed the time of the attack itself to save the elves from, basically, getting slaughtered. 

selene stared into the eyes of her enemy with utter disgust. “must be nice being a coward.” she managed to say before the dark elf pulled out the sword. the goddess was bleeding and just before she would receive a second decisive attack she used her last bits of magical power to teleport in her office. she didn’t see who was there. she sat in her chair and reached for the magic item she had been bestowed by a healer. with faint breathing and a light head she touched it activating the healing light. unfortunately the recovery time wasn’t going to be as fast as the injured female would like but at least, she wasn’t bleeding anymore. the pain though? she was still feeling it.
