No one had expected for this to happen. Sure, Akito's health had been escalating and decreasing lately, but for the Sohma's that had been considered the norm. A day of silence had washed over the estate. No one dared to say anything, let alone talk to each other.

Shigure had come to the estate in a rush when he heard about the God's death. His heart was racing as he entered the estate. Looking around he saw no one were they all at the funeral? Didn't things like that need planning?

The canine made his way to the main building. There, it seemed as though all of the members were present. Each were speaking to each other in hushed and sorrowful voices. Looking around it seemed as though he was the last to get the news. With a heavy sigh the zodiac member made his way to the center of the room and sat on the rug. What were they suppose to do now? No one had planned for the God to die without a successor already present. "We're fucked." Shigure murmured unsure if anyone had heard him.
