as most of you know, i'm on the autism spectrum. i don't stim much, and i'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but when i'm stressed, i just need to

at my old job, we had little bits and bobs customers either left behind or returned but for some reason or another never made it back to the sales floor. one of these thingies was a little squish toy from the kids section of the store. when customers were being awful or if i was feeling overwhelmed, i'd squeeze tf out of that thing. over and over and over. sometimes i'd be practically choking the life out of it WHILE ringing up customers if they were bad enough lmao

i said all of that to say this: i'm in my 3rd week of grad school, i've got two late assignments to do tomorrow, like 100 pages to read by thursday, a paper to write, and jfc i need that dumb squishie rn oh my god
