Attempting to write a draft version of an article (not due until December, but I need to have the basic outline done so I can figure out what else needs doing) and realised I've been giving the wrong date for Ní Mhaoláin's edition of OCC for like, a year. I swear I've said 2013 in every conference paper I've given in the past year or so, and I definitely did it throughout the revised article I recently submitted. Just had to go and fix all the refs and re-submit the files (thankfully, the deadline's tomorrow...) now that I've been reminded it is in fact from 2008.
I don't know why I was so certain it was 2013. Was something else from 2013 that I confused it with? Maybe. But it very clearly says 2008 on the front of the thesis and in the Zotero metadata, so it is entirely on me that I've been writing 2013, there's no one else I can blame here.
