This is a hot take in the yj fandom but I fully believe Shauna is responsible for Jackie’s death and all of her other issues. It’s shown so clearly in this new episode. Shauna physically cannot communicate—and then gets mad at other people for not doing what she wants. That is almost the entire reason for why she suffers so much.

And with her being responsible for Jackie’s death—of course the other girls are to blame, that’s undeniable. However none of them knew Jackie like Shauna did, and Shauna does not show respect to Jackie after her death expect for raging about how HER best friend is dead and how it affects HER. Which makes sense, but she never acknowledges Jackie as an individual, only as a part of Shauna’s horrible life.

The only one to actually honor Jackie as an individual is Natalie, which is honestly so devastating.
