The single best day at a festival I’ve ever had.
I’ve never managed to see this many bands I planned to see before, and every concert was amazing 🥰
Highlights: Mouth Culture and Kublai Khan.
Mouth Culture – completely unexpected. This super cool girl from my group came with me, and we bonded a little. Having her there made it so much more fun.
Kublai Khan – also completely unexpected. I didn’t even plan on going, but I’m so glad I did. D, the super cool girl, and I had the time of our lives dancing.
I also LOVED LOVED LOVED Blood Incantation!! Super vibey, the coolest-looking dudes ever. They looked like science teachers at a local high school whose band started out as just a hobby and is now somehow doing really well 😭
And PRESIDENT was also really good – I had been looking forward to that one a lot too.
During Iron Maiden, I just sat in the back, vibing, with maybe the best cinnamon bun I’ve ever had 🥰
