Mr Bernard Fong was my principal when I was studying at Hwa Chong Junior College during 1987-88. Saddened to learn that he passed away yesterday after sustaining a fall. His wake will be held at Church of St Teresa and the funeral is on Tue. My deepest condolences to his family.
