This shortened clip comes from the incomparable Aaliyah’s MTV “Diary” episode. Today marks 23 years since her untimely passing, along with 7 of her associates and the pilot. Sadly, one of those associates was her friend/hair stylist Eric Forman. As a huge fan, I remember recording this episode on VHS when it first aired and thought that Eric was hilarious. Wanted to pay tribute and show love to them both in remembrance on this day. May they all continue to rest peacefully; sending love, light, and prayers to all who knew and loved them.
Rest in peace also to beloved makeup artist Eric Ferrell, who’s also in this clip and passed away a few years ago. Life is short. Credit: @mtv
