My favorite rapper got shot and passed away yesterday... I accepted his death but woke up in denial today. I cant stop crying, everyone wants to talk to me about it but I cant talk about it with crying. It hurts me, I didnt know him personally but thru his music I felt like I knew him. I feel like I lost my best friend, and all I have left in my head is this ugly video of his life less body in his car seat. I’m so upset, I know I will get better but this fucked me up so much... anyone who knew me and cares about me has texted me to ask if I’m okay, and I apperciate that. I’m not okay but I will be.

quick rant:

- there are people saying that jah isn’t dead and at first i understood because it’s all happened too soon, so it wouldn’t be a surprise that so many people are in denial. but for someone to make a rumour that he faked his death for his new album “no pulse” is disgusting. first of all, his new album was going to be called “SKINS”. second of all, what’s really disrespectful is the fact that they put all of his old songs in the fake album and the cover of the album itself. and the fact that people believe this shit when they’re meant to be fans confuses me. why would X be so insensitive to fake his death? he always put his fans first before anything, he could never think of doing something so horrible. and if he is “alive”, where is he? why hasn’t he spoke up? SKI MASK, his own best friend, confirmed it. the police confirmed it. his mom confirmed it. and he’s been buried. the man is dead, let him rest in piece.

- i really hate the comparison between X and Tupac for one reason:it causes arguments. i love both X and Pac however people cannot say he’s a better artist just because he made different genres of music. X is X and Pac is Pac. they were both influential in their own kind of way. now stop the arguments.

- to the people saying that he deserved to die are absolutely sick. you can dislike him as much as you want, but to celebrate his death is low. no one deserves to die so young. he had a huge life ahead of him. and how about his family members? how do you think they feel? imagine if X was your brother, son or relative. how would you feel seeing comments like that about someone you love? X knew he fucked up, hence why he decided to change for the better. whether he did do the shit he did, IT’S IN THE PAST! there’s other artists that have literally done worse shit yet jahseh is the one that’s seen as a monster. at least he knew he needed to change his image and how he acted as a person, and look how he ended up. he saved, helped, and inspired many people. so many people filled with hatred that they only focus on someone’s past, instead of their present. this world is cruel.

also, his death wasn’t because of karma, don’t get it twisted.
