I adore this planter with the ripple jade. <3
But her roots are very overgrown! She needs a trim and fresh soil.
I'm happy the weather is getting warmer now. It's gardening season soon! 🥰

Morning jade admiration. ✨
I have such a soft spot for jade plants. The big guy is one of the original three plants that I started with. I've had him for 2+ yrs now, so he's very near and dear to me. Now, he's joined by a cutting and two props that are doing wonderfully. 🌱

So this guy went from solidly happy to dying in about three and a half weeks. At first, I thought it might be just sunburn? Because we had a month of overcast followed by very sunny days, and this was what was happening to the leafs:
But!!! Now I'm thinking rot or disease... although if it's the former, I'm truly baffled because this lil dude wasn't getting watered more than once every 20-25 days.
Any thoughts on the prognosis? Is he salvageable, and what do you think my best bet is for trying to revive him? Thank you for any help.
SuccyGirl:
It does look like sunburn on at least one of those leaves! You may want to switch out his soil to something grittier in the future but for now it doesn't look to be rotting or anything, you're caring for it pretty well! :)
