I've been saying his assassination attempt was bull shit! Think about it, no one knows the shooter's name! He would have been more infamous than Luigi Mangione!!

muhammad's ascension to heaven (1. muhammad visits the hell for misers; 2. muhammad's encounter with an angel in the shape of a gigantic white cock who keeps track of time and calls the faithful to prayer; 3. muhammad at the gates of hell)
miniatures from a copy of mahmud al-bulgari's nahj al-faradis (the paths of paradise), a work dealing with the prophet muhammad’s mystical ascension to heaven, which takes him to both paradise and hell. on his journey, muhammad is mounted on the winged creature buraq and accompanied by the archangel gabriel/jibril. this particular (since dismembered) manuscript was commissioned by the timurid ruler abu said mirza and created by al-sarai in herat (timurid empire, modern day afghanistan), c. 1465

This phrasing makes it clear that there's no hope for "Sitara" and "Muhammad" to see each other again, but maybe "Fatima" and "Nasir al-Din al-Tusi" still could...? (Or just "not who they once were", that sort of thing.)
But whether they'd recognize each other as adults is another matter... they might even end up on opposing sides given how messy history can get. Or if they truly never meet face-to-face, maybe they could still be aware of each other somehow... letters, books, rumors on the wind even......
Probably the best explanation of Western liberalism and Progressivism you’ll ever watch and listen to as she's 100% spot-on.
Melanie Philips is amazing! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
