Rick James was previously dealing with several health concerns such as diabetes, using a pacemaker, and a previous stroke and heart attack. While there were several drugs found in his system at his time of death including methamphetamine and cocaine, the coroner stated that the drugs were not found in an amount that would make them life threatening in and of themselves. #RIPRickJames #Unsung
