R.I.P. Spanking Machine. Me and an ex built this thing in 2008 and showcased it at burning man. This is really only half the machine. On this wheel were several paddles. Next to it was a cushioned mount for your belly to lay on and a padded shelf to rest the knees. These were lined in silver velvet. So you climbed onto the machine and your booty would be facing the paddle wheel. In front of your chest was a bicycle peddle modified for hand gripping instead of feet.
