Spring started last week, but here in Vermont, winter lingers. I went for a walk before the warmer days came and the snow melted.

I run to the window to see two of mah Hens going at it. Mom with her attendant Yellow hen doing battle thru the corral with one of her daughters... fighting over the dirt I think... they love their dirt baths and Mom and the yellow Hen are territorial about the little environments I set up for them... also those two hens are very territorial about one and other as they have a strong bond.
