#TonieNicoleWells & her husband Barry Wells were dubbed #RelationshipGoals after Barry tattooed a portrait of his wife on his back in September. Wednesday morning, Tonie's sister called police to do a welfare check on #TonieWells. She says her sister was "scared" of her husband because he was "acting funny". Police arrived at the residence, but didn't get out the car. They didn't knock on the door to see the bruises on her neck. They pulled off without checking on her welfare. Hours later, her body was found at the bottom of the stairs. The 2 #NYPD officers have been suspended. #JusticeForTonie #RipTonie
