Complete newb to it but as I read.... I read some people saying they get/feel results within weeks to days. I always thought this is a at least a 6 month type deal. Can anybody point me in a right direction with this stuff?

6-9 months is usually the recommendation...tell ya what though, the rips I have are pretty intense. I am one month in, started at 2IU's, bumped it to 2.5, and then 3...and I taper down to 2.5 for a few days and then back up to 3 just to alleviate sides as I am running at least 5 ED come cycle time...maybe 5 on, 2 off...IDK, I will see how it goes. Just recently, the backs of my hands and the tops of my feet started getting this dull aching feeling all day long, my knees around my kneecaps ache a lil bit too...and I swear this shit is already stripping off some of that stubborn bellyfat that never wants to dissapear no matter what I try. I have had a 4-pack for years, and now it is starting to turn into a sixer like I had when I was 17!!! I got nine more months to go???!!!...this shit is awesome!!
Look around, there are MANY domestic US sources that are good hook-ups on here...it's not that hard to find good kits of rips right now.
i started having and over all better over all well being type feeling within a week or so, after amonth i was leaning out a bit. i think it's all based on your body and genetics as well but after 2 months on Rips i was noticably leaner and more vascular.

They're also sides of CJC-1296 DAC. Yours might well be 100% legit but I'm pretty sure some HGH that people are buying has CJC1295 in and no GH. The best way to find out is get tested when you haven't injected GH for 2 days and if your GH levels are still high then it's CJC-1295 DAC.
See, I don't get lethargic and/or feel like passing out. I mean, later in the day if I'm chilling at home or came home from work I feel like lying down here and there...but who doesn't feel like that at home? I have had all other numerous sides from the rips though.
the water retention hits right away. ive heard people saying they "feel better" within a week or two, not sure how much of it is in their heads. I've been on for a few weeks and haven't noticed any huge differences in how i feel but i do feel like i am burning fat easier on a cutting diet.
