Why does this tumblr ad have to be vaguely insulting?

I came to see Hadestown! This weekend was also NYCC, but the Molly and their friend were the only cosplayers I saw.

Is it just my thumbs/my phone or has tumblr become super sensitive to link touches? It feels like I can just look at a link or ad sideways while scrolling and it pops up to open it.
It’s been interesting to watch the notes on those two fanarts side by side. There’s a clear preference... 🤷♀️ not that there’s anything wrong with that, I like it better too.
I just finished more hadestown art, but I’m going to act like a level-headed person who actually wants others to get to see it and wait to post it until the daytime.
