- From the Trail -
A peek at the Minarets of the Ritter Range in the Eastern Sierra one fine sunset while sauntering on a quickie trail located across the valley.
Ah, tranquility. Let's go exploring.

- Looking Out Over the Eastern Sierra Wilderness -
While they may look moderately innocuous, those clouds rolling in over the Ritter Range indeed brought some pretty significant weather to the region. This 8 shot panorama (off the Nikon D810) was from late last year while I was up in the Sierra looking to capture some epic landscapes. It was windy and cold while standing up on this ridge looking out across this valley, and I loved every second of it.
Let's go exploring.
|| Minarets and Mist ||
I've always said that sunset from the trail is a magical thing. The gathering clouds catching the light, and the mists softening the midground were just so sublime. Views like this are one of the many reasons I love the Eastern Sierra more than I could ever effectively convey in words.
