First run of the year. Greyish. River brown and full and boring. But I still managed it. Not bad for first efforts after 2 months of nothing (personal circs hammered one a tad)

First fall over too! Bit of a grazed knee but nothing too bad so far. Smeared all the scraped bits in Sudacrem and hoping for healing soonest.

Today there were blue skies for the run. Blue skies! Feels like ages since I've seen them.

Isis

Brown slopping ground ends at water Brown as the ground water flows past leaves fall from trees overhanging the river

The muddy brown water is mixed with the green

Rain raises the river sunshine reflects off cloudy brown water

Broken branches float and sink in the water covered in algae buried in sand beneath the water

A span of green and brown continues

in places all is still others move with force

docks built upon the brown banks weathered wood on the river bottom ropes attached to docks limply lay across the water
