Wild swimming gives me butterflies & makes me feel alive. I started really young, perhaps before I could even walk, when my parents would take us hiking in the Pyrenées, swimming through streams, waterfalls and high altitude lakes. Nothing beats that cold rush you feel when you first get in and that cosy, sleepy state when you come out. Perhaps wrapping yourself up in a cosy jumper with a warm cup of tea afterwards almost beats the act itself. I always look up wild swimming spots wherever I go, it's one of those things I'll never stop doing. Cold water cleanses your soul 🙏🏻✨💙 ~ Do you have any favourite wild swimming spots?
