Telling Time

Shugarl certainly did not want to indulge in a conversation with another person at the moment, but that was more so because he was irritated because the bus was already 20 minutes late by this point, and needing to engage in a conversation sounded exhausting.
While it’s true that he normally did not enjoy conversing with others, but wasn’t as though he hated it, it was… a strong dislike. He didn’t mind so much if it were an acquaintance speaking to him, however.
He’d just looked at his own watch, which was analog, because he preferred them over the fancy watches with an LCD screen. No matter how many times he looked, it would not change the fact that the bus was late. No amount of glaring at the watch would ‘change its mind’ about what time it was. The bus was running late and nothing was going to change the reality of the matter.
Golden eyes glancing to the side to see a man similar in height with him, he quietly considered the possibilities that he was being talked to. The man was looking in his direction and the others (maybe because of how mad he was getting) were keeping their distance from him. Probability that he was the one being asked for the time? 100%
“The time is currently 1:45pm. The bus is 20 minutes late.”
He spoke with a huff, clearly very irritated at the moment.
